Lavender House and Sunshine Cottage is located in the coastal village of Melkbosstrand. It is a mere 200m from the beachfront.
Accommodation comprises 2 units on the same premises. The units are completely separate. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed while the second bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area in each unit. Outside, guests have access to braai facilities. Both units have parking for 1 car behind a locked gate of 1,2 m high. Sunshine Cottage also has a garage.
The property is a few metres from coffee shops on the seafront, restaurants and also a supermarket.
Unfortunately not loud music or parties are allowed as the units are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Melkbosstrand is situated 35 km north of Cape Town, this unpretentious coastal village is known for its stretch of white sandy beach, seafood restaurants, nature hikes, undulating dunes, and exceptional mountain views.
