Located in the idyllic coastal town of Ballito, La Paradis 28 is a charming self-catering apartment that is ideal for the whole family or a group of friends seeking a tranquil escape within walking distance of the beach.
This first floor apartment can accommodate 6 people and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, bath, and shower. The remaining rooms are furnished with a double bed or 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower fixed over the bath.
The open-plan living area consists of a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suite and a smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge opens onto a balcony with a charcoal braai. The complex is secure, with main gate access to the complex by remote control. There is a single lockup garage for guest use and limited unallocated guest parking.
The accommodation also has a converter for the ceiling fans, lights, TV and fridge. Please note that the stove does not work during load shedding.
The complex features a large swimming pool and a paddling pool for toddlers. It is located less than 1 km from Granny's Pool and Willard Beach. Ballito Junction Regional Mall is within reach, as well as a variety of restaurants.
