Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Parties and loud music are not allowed.
Fireworks will not be tolerated.
Guests have access to the swimming pool by prior arrangement.
Day visitors will not be permitted.
The tenant responsible must be 25 and older.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure upon bank details sent by the guest.
Early arrivals or late departures are allowed on Sundays and public holidays by prior arrangement.
Guests are asked to leave the unit clean.
Daily cleaning services are available at an additional cost. These services are not provided on Sundays and public holidays.
All fees must be paid before checking in.
