Description
Lekkerbreek is a beautiful and unique self-catering holiday home located in the heart of Buffels Bay. It is situated within walking distance from a well-known swimming beach as well as another swimming and rocky beach for fishermen.
This triple-storey home can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 4 children at a time and comprises 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest toilets. The main bedroom is situated on the top level and is furnished with a king-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The ground floor features a separate bathroom fitted with a bath.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a double bed. There are another 2 bedrooms that each have a child-only bunk bed. The second level of the house has another en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a separate bathroom fitted with a shower as well as a washing machine. The seventh bedroom contains 2 single beds and opens up onto a private balcony.
The main living area occupies the top level and features an open-plan design with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas and induction stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge area with comfy seating, a fireplace as well as a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There is an enclosed courtyard on the ground level with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. The middle living area opens up onto a balcony with additional braai facilities. The terrace on the very top level has seating where guests can enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sea view.
The house has an inverter in case of load shedding.
