Description
Leopard's Valley Guest Farm offers comfortable accommodation in a 200-year-old farm house, 17km off of the R63, on a gravel road. We are nestled in the African bushveld in a mountaineous ampthitheatre in the Sneeuberg Mountain range, situated in the central Karoo region, less than 100 km from the historic town of Graaff Reinet.
The rooms can accommodate up to 2 guests in double or twin beds. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a double basin, a shower, and a toilet. 2 of the rooms feature old-fashioned-cast-iron baths. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and swimming pool.
Take a leisurely stroll or guided walk among the many tall Acacia Karoo trees that are customary in the riverine bush, with abundant red buffalo grass, creating a blanket along the river banks. Guests can relax round the open fire pit, listen to the hoot of the African Owl, and enjoy the stars. The fire pit is the ideal spot in which to socialise with other guests.
Leopard's Valley Guest Farm uses clear spring water of a mineral quality, and provide linen and towels. This is an ideal getaway for a group of family or friends, or simply a quiet weekend away for couples.
