Our stay was wonderful thanks to an unexpected upgrade and very good service! Fantastic! We were very grateful to be upgraded to a chalet from safari tents with no extra charge. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant and were very impressed with the service from our waitress.

Beautiful comfortable place to stay. Will definitely stay longer next time. Most beautiful location and comfortable chalet. Even my Yorkie was treated like a princess.

The staff were very nice, but the tents need real upgrading. The bathrooms in the tent area were absolutely disgusting and the toilets didn't flush. After we finally chose a tent that had everything working (some didn't have zips that could close, there was no power and no pillows), our tent was also allocated to another family.
