Licorna Beach Vakansie Woonstel 11 is situated on the beachfront, and offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation for 4 people in Umhlanga.
Located on the first floor and accessed by an elevator, the air-conditioned apartment does not have a sea view, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, hand basin and a toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower, hand basin, a bath, and a toilet. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto the patio which overlooks the lovely rock garden.
The complex offers direct access to the beach, and guests have access to the communal swimming pool, braai area, and laundry facilities. Secure parking is provided, and a security guard keeps a watchful eye. The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Umhlanga offers beautiful beaches for shell searching, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddle-boarding, view the annual Sardine Run between May and July, as well as various golf courses and hiking trails. Guests can visit attractions such as the Umhlanga Lagoon Nature Reserve, the indigenous woodland of Hawaan Forest, the Beachwood Mangrove Nature Reserve, the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, the Umhlanga lighthouse, the Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom, and the various restaurants, pubs and shopping centres.
