Situated along 5 km of seawater canals for swimming, cruising, kayaking, catch-and-release fishing, running, and walking, there is also an open-air gym and a waterpark. It is located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and restaurants, and a 10-minute drive to Jeffreys Bay's Blue Flag beaches, bars, padel courts, and shops.
