Lighthouse Farm Lodge is located in the Oude Molen Eco Village, a beautiful site on the last remaining farmland in the Cape Town southern suburbs. Enjoy a taste of farm style living, with open fields and rivers with birdwatching and horseriding options, organic vegetable gardens and farm animals. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of Devil's Peak and Lion's Head at sunset.
Accommodation is available in a variety of room options that includes double and twin rooms as well as a dorm room. All beds are fitted with bedding and linen but guests need to bring with their towels. Lockable storage under each bed.
Laundry service available on request.
There is a fully equipped communal kitchen where guests can prepare meals to eat at one of the many small tables. Catering can be arranged in advance if needed.
Guests can relax in the communal lounge area with a TV, in the garden or on the stoep in the evenings. The whole lodge is strictly a non-smoking zone, but there are lots of outdoor seating areas in the garden. Braai drums available but bring own wood and charcoal. Secure parking is available for vehicles.
A free gig of Wi-Fi is provided on arrival. Thereafter a free gig per 3 days paid for. Bulk rates available for digital nomads.
Activities in the eco village include horse riding in the wetland field, swimming in the village pool, playing in the many play areas for kids, or enjoy a meal at the local deli tea garden.
