Linda Vista is one of the last few remaining original historical villas in Camps Bay, now declared a heritage site. This beautiful home is just 1 block away from the main Camps Bay beach, and the famous Camps Bay promenade with its white sandy beaches and plethora of restaurants and bars.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living area. The main, second and third bedroom each contain a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom has a door leading to the courtyard. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds, which is available as a king-size bed on request; and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The fifth bedroom is an outside room with a separate entrance and contains a queen-size bed, a bar fridge, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. Fresh percale linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The laundry room has a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite. There is also an original wood-burning fireplace. The TV room has a 3-seater couch and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
A single garage and off-street parking are available for up to 3 cars. A pool is available on the property and there is a braai area in the courtyard which has a 12-seater table.
