Additionally, we noticed that you were frequently absent during your stay, which may have contributed to some of the issues you mentioned. Regarding the amenities, our cottage is accurately advertised as a small, affordable seaside getaway, ideal for guests who wish to enjoy the natural surroundings and local beaches. It is not marketed as a full-service accommodation with amenities such as a private pool, air conditioning, TV, or daily housekeeping. For guests seeking these features, we would recommend considering a hotel option that offers such services at a different price point. We take pride in our service and have never received such negative feedback in the past, so we find this a bit surprising.
