This unit is suited to accommodate up to 2 guests and contains 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-bath.(due to constant water restrictions only showering is permitted). The room is equipped with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a safe, a bar fridge, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a TV. This room does not have DStv but has OVDH Channels. You may bring your own decoder if you want to watch DStv. Breakfast is not included in the rate but can be purchased at the property.

Pets by arrangement only and carries conditions, which must be complied with.
Guide dogs are allowed.
No pets will be locked away or tied up for anyone, pets roam freely.
Any breakage or damage will be billed at full replacement cost, on the day of departure.
A microwave is available in the dining hall.
All meals are to be eaten in the dining hall, no food may be eaten in the rooms.
Property gates are locked between 22:00 to 05:00, and the alarm is activated. Management will have to open for you during this time. Any guest who attempts to open the gates during this hour, will damage the gate and set off the alarm. You will be held fully responsible for the repair/replacement of the gate parts and the cost of the rapid security response.
Any guest who will be off the property after 22:00 must notify reception so that the gate is not locked while you are out.
All rooms, balconies and patios are smoke-free zones. Designated smoking areas are available. Fines from R500.00 per person per offence will be charged for noncompliance.
If you have any visitors during your stay, you must declare them to reception as they do need to sign in, undeclared visitors will be seen as trespassing.
No visitors are permitted between 8 pm and 9 am.
Settling down hours are from 8 pm to 10 pm.
Quite hours are from 10 pm to 5 am.
We implement energy saving by only switching the geyser on at certain times. Equipment left on in the room while you are not, such as lights, TV or aircon will result in an energy wastage fee billed to your account.
Only showering is permitted. Bath plugs will not be provided.
No firearms permitted.
Special requests must be communicated to the property before arrival.
