Lovely stay. Hope to do it again soon.

Our stay was wonderful. I cannot fault anything with my accommodation. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The host was always hands-on if we needed anything, not that we did. Everything was perfect.

During my short stay at Loch Road Residence, I had a generally incredible experience. The residents' ambiance was welcoming, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. When I needed assistance, I was swiftly assisted without any hesitation. It felt like being home away from home, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Very beautiful place to stay in Cape Town.

I had a wonderful time at the apartment. The host and their family are very nice and kind people, and they always helped me with all my questions. The host gave me a lot of recommendations on what to see and explore in Cape Town, and it was possible to contact them on WhatsApp at any time. The apartment is located in Rondebosch, a beautiful and safe area with supermarkets/shopping centres nearby, but for going to the different beaches or to the city centre, I would recommend renting a car. The apartment is clean and well-equipped with everything you need, also for cooking. WiFi is working really well! The garden and the little pool are very nice, quiet places to hang around in the afternoons and read a book in the sunshine. The only thing that is missing are proper blinds or curtains to make the apartment really dark at night. Apart from this, I had a wonderful stay (3 weeks) at this apartment!

Stay was amazing, very welcoming.

Definitely convenient and a home away from home. One thing they can possibly work on is secure parking, as our car had to overnight outside, and also their washing was hanging outside while we were there. They should invest in more kitchen items such as plates and bowls. Other than the above, the stay was quite amazing.

Cosy and serene.

Had a great stay at Loch Road. The hosts are such lovely people. The cottage was cosy, clean, beautifully finished, and spacious, with an outside seating area. The shower is divine! Everything you need for a self-catering stay was provided. WiFi works perfectly. Safe area, close to a shopping centre. Would absolutely recommend it.

Natasha was very welcoming. The accommodation was as per the pics, which were clean and well decorated. We had a quiet and tranquil stay. The shower was big and the bathroom had a lovely fragrance. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Excellent value.

The cottage is well-appointed with all the modern conveniences. It is tastefully decorated and cannot be faulted in any way. It is exactly as the pictures depict. A nice touch is the fact that there was tea, coffee and sugar available in spite of it being a self-catering facility. The host Dave is extremely pleasant and very helpful. I will definitely recommend Loch Road.

Uitstekend!

Netjies en skoon. Die gas heather het baie gehelp met die koue. Daar was koffie, tee, suiker, melk, sout, peper, olie en mixed herb spice so ons het daar bespaar. Daar was selfs cling wrap en ons kon van ons kos weer saam neem! David was vriendelik en baie behulpsaam indien ons iets nodig gehad het.

Die mense is aangenaam. Goeie kommunikasie en baie behulpsaam. Die woonstel bied alles en nog meer. Ons sal enige tyd weer daar oorslaap en beveel Lochstraat 5 aan vir enige iemand.

I recently stayed at Lock Road for 2 days and had a fantastic experience. The accomodation was extremely clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I especially appreciated the security measures in place, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Lock Road for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable accommodation option.

Perfect location for our needs.

The unit is very comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The kitchen needs more lights but is well-equipped. No curtains, only thin wooden blinds on the full-length doors/windows, which let in a lot of light and heat on a hot day. Dave was a kind host.

Great place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The place is as it is in pictures. I will definitely stay there again when I visit CT. WiFi connection was very slow but overall it is a great place to stay at and it's nearer to most tourist attractions.

What a little gem, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well equipped. A few surprise extras like tea, coffee, sugar, hand-made soap. Plenty toilet paper. Dave made us feel very welcome.

Die plekkie is smaakvol gemeubileer. Baie goed uiteengesit. Lekker kitchenette met al die nodigste. Badkamer se waterdruk is goed met 'n lekker stort en wasbak. Ons het die rustigheid baie geniet.

Beautiful, clean and classy. Loved the mattress and the bathroom, especially the towels. David and Natasha are charming hosts. I love the fact that there is no tv! I will come again.

Skoon, moderne en netjiese verblyf met alles wat 'n mens nodig het.

Heerlike groot stort en silwerskoon beddegoed. Die komplimentêre koffie en tee was baie welkom. Sal die plekkie beslis aanbeveel. Die eenheid is baie gerieflik en het alles wat 'n mens nodig het om te oornag. Alles is modern en skoon. Ek het nie baie daarvan gehou om eers deur die motorhuis te stap nie, maar dit was nou nie 'n probleem nie. Ek sou dit nogal verkies as die swembad permanent oop was, want ek is gewoond daaraan om laatnag by die huis bietjie af te koel, maar daar is nog klein kinders wat nie waterveilig is nie.
