Long Island 19 is located in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, and is a lovely self-catering apartment situated just across the street from the iconic Thompsons Bay Beach. This makes it an ideal option for a memorable family holiday while fully enjoying the ocean views.
The ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. This room opens onto the patio with garden views. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the remaining bedroom contains 2 single beds and shares a family bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and washbasin. Towels and linens are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, and crockery. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available in the kitchen. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater breakfast bar. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with selected DStv channels. The sliding doors open onto a spacious patio with garden views. Outdoor seating is provided, as well as a charcoal braai, which is an ideal spot for guests to enjoy their meals together while watching the sunset.
All guests have full access to the complex’s communal swimming pool, and a single lockup garage is available for your vehicle. There is also 1 open parking bay Please note: A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed, including a trailer.
