A breakage deposit of R500 is payable in cash on arrival, and will be refunded if all is on order after check-out.
Please note the outstanding balance needs to be paid before arrival, and proof of payment needs to be provided on arrival.
Losperd Crescent Melkbosstrand is serviced once a week for guests staying longer than a week.
Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets and do not accept student groups, bachelor or bachelorette parties, social parties or fishing groups as we are only suitable for families or couples. No noise will be tolerated after 22:00. If the rules are not met, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.

Description
This unit offers a lovely view of Table Mountain and the neighbourhood. This is a seperate room with a seperate entrance and bathroom. There is WiFi, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, as well as crockery. Board games and puzzles are also available. The bathroom as a comfortable bath and towels are provided. Beach towels are available on request. The premises are fences and there is safe parking. This unit is serviced weekly.
