Description
Ludakari is a spacious self-catering house situated in the Leeupoort Vakansiedorp. Perfect for a family or a group of friends wanting comfortable lodging, guests are surrounded by flora and fauna. The owners on occasion live on the upper level of the house.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a separate bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and consists of a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery, and pots and pans while the living area has a comfy lounge suite and there is also a bar area with stools.
The living area opens up onto a lovely porch which has outdoor furniture and features braai facilities as well as a swimming pool for guests to enjoy on hot days. The porch overlooks the enclosed garden. The house is located on a very large plot which makes it a very private place in the bush.
Ludakari offers guests the opportunity to relax and unwind, go for a leisurely stroll or enjoy the wildlife. Secured and covered parking is also provided.
