House Rules

The entire house is rented out as a unit and not shared with any other guests, but the beds are only prepared for the number of guests who have booked. If 2 guests book, only the main bedroom's double bed will be made ready. A booking for 3 guests includes the master bedroom and the single room, a booking for 4 guests includes the master bedroom and the double room and a booking for 5 guests includes all rooms.

Because children under 1 year are considered infants and usually sleep in the same room with their parents, they stay free. Parents are welcome to bring a camping cot if the baby does not share their bed. If a separate bed/room is to be provided, the baby will be counted as a child and the appropriate child rates will then apply. Please note that this is a standard bed without safety rails.
