Luxurious Pinelands is a spotlessly clean and modern self-catering cottage that has recently been renovated to a high specification, located in the central suburb of Pinelands.
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a luxurious queen-size bed, a marble dresser, an ergonomic office chair, a hairdryer, air-conditioning, and an electronic laptop safe. The second bedroom consists of a double bed. The beds are made up of cotton percale linen and feather and hypoallergenic pillows. The bathroom contains a large shower, heated towel rails, toilet and washbasin, and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The granite-topped kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, a fan-assisted oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, as well as cutlery and crockery, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are available. The lounge contains a comfortable cotton couch, a persian carpet, coffee table, and a 40-inch full HD TV. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi internet is provided. The main bedroom has a proper office chair with adjustable height and arms.
Outside, there is a private patio with a table and chairs, a clothes line, and a built-in braai. The property is secure and safe with electric fencing, automated gates, burglar bars and safety gates. Secure undercover parking.
