Beautiful. We will be back! It was amazing! The views are incredible and we were not worried about the steps. Good exercise! Both our boys loved the beach being so close and accessible!

Fantasties. Op die see woonstel. Onbeskryflike see-uitsig, privaat en veilig. Moenie skrik vir die trappe nie, daar is baie hande wat help met bagasie. Ons het selfs Checkers 60 gebruik en hulle lewer voor jou deur af. Stap afstand van 'n private strand. Neem 'n verkyker saam, ons was bevoorreg om elke dag walvisse en dolfyne van die balkon af te sien. Baie dankie aan die span wat behulpsaam en vriendelik was. Sien julle definitief weer.

Amazing view and privacy, killer stairs, friendly agent and cleaning ladies. Light and bright apartment. Friendly agent and cleaning ladies attended to our needs. Amazing view, but killer stairs.

Not convenient for a family with children. We did not enjoy the stay. There were too many steps, the playground for kids was too far, and the beach was also far. Parking was a problem as the bakkie can't fit in the garage, and visitor parking is far from the penthouse.

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay, Sammy. The estate is modelled on the famous Greek islands of Santorini that have similar terraced hills down to the ocean. This design accounts for the stunning ocean views as well as the many stairs around the estate. However, 8 Perissa is just 45m from the beach (as the crow flies) and a 100m walk along the meandering footpath. We have had over 50 families with small children stay with us, who absolutely loved our unit and weren't bothered by the stairs. The garage is tight, but we have had all types of large vehicles fit in: Lexus LX, Land cruiser V8, Double cab bakkies, mini vans, etc. For guests wanting more space, the visitors parking is a 45m walk to the unit. The playground is on the other side of the estate, at Thompson Bay. Most visitors staying in the Perissa village prefer to play on the Perissa beach upfront.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation and specular views. Absolutely loved our stay at Luxury Beach Penthouse @ 8 Perissa. Would certainly love to go back in a heartbeat. The views are truly beautiful. Highly highly recommended. Awesome host.

The owner of the establishment was very welcoming and friendly and immediately made us feel welcomed. The place was very clean, neat and has everything required. Right on the beach, beautiful views, well-kept place, superb owner, cleaning staff very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know without a shadow of a doubt. Awesome Fathers Day weekend spent in a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable place with my equally awesome and wonderful family.
