Situated on the slopes of Table Mountain National park, Lyons Den is a stunning self-catering villa located in an upmarket leafy suburb of Constantia which is one of the oldest wine regions in the Cape.
This beautifully decorated villa can comfortably accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main suite, which has direct access to the front patio and central swimming pool, is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a sunken spa bath, shower, double vanity and toilet with a bidet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
The open-plan living area has modern and warm features with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a spacious dining area and a lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix, Showmax and DStv Now. Access to free uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Through the stacking doors of the living area, there is a front patio with a gas braai, an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a heated swimming pool in the centre of the property which perfectly overlooks the Mother City.
The location of this property is close to shopping malls and world-class restaurants with easy access to highways, allowing visitors access to all the attractions the Cape has to offer. Lyons Den is serviced daily by a full-time housekeeper and groundsman.
