Just 1.5 hours from Durban and 5 hours from Johannesburg is Lythwood Lodge, a luxury boutique country hotel on an estate nestled in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Accommodation comprises of a variety of rooms and suites as well as 2-bedroom family cottages, and a 3 bedroom family cottage. The cottages are all self catering, however guests are more than welcome to make use of all the lodge facilities.

Lythwood offers a country wedding venue that helps you plan every aspect of your Midlands country wedding. Conferencing facilities are also available on the premises that can seat between 10 and 250 delegates comfortably, with several indoor and outdoor break-away venues. Large rolling lawns, ideal for team building.

Lythwood is also close to attractions such as golfing, mountain biking, walking- and hiking trails and other family friendly activities.
