Situated only 200 m from the beach, M305 Melrose Village is a beautiful self-catering holiday apartment with natural and modern finishes. Situated on the third floor, with lift access, the apartment is ideally located in the trendy seaside suburb of Muizenberg and offers stunning mountain views, making it an ideal option for either tourists or a romantic getaway.
This apartment can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has direct access to the balcony and is furnished with a queen-sized bed as well as plenty of cupboard space. A shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet are available in the bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
