Our stay was nice. Our stay was very nice and we enjoyed the wildlife.

Good location, bad customer service. We inquired about clocking in earlier as we have small children who still sleep in the afternoon. However, they refused to allow us 12 hours in clock instead. 3 hours. But nevertheless, maybe they had guests the day before. The house is very well located and is excellently furnished with everything you will need. The lapa is delicious and the children enjoyed cycling. However, on Saturday night we had no hot water and we had to boil kettles to bathe the children. We sent the owner/agent a message and didn't hear back until Wednesday. The next morning there was hot water again. So I'm not sure if it's on a timer. We did enjoy the time in the house.
