Description
Makhato Lodge 58 is a charming self-catering home located in the Sondela Nature Reserve near Bela-Bela. The Sondela Nature Reserve in the Limpopo Province is a private game reserve just 150 km from Johannesburg, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the bushveld, encounters with zebra, kudu, impala, and giraffe, or indulge in a bit of birdwatching.
This property can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms share the use of the second bathroom fitted with a shower. Each room has air conditioning, and linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 fridge-freezers, cutlery, and crockery, as well as an 8-seater central dining table. The kitchen leads to a lounge with comfortable couches and a large flat-screen TV with DStv channels.
Outside, guests have access to a spacious lapa with a built-in braai, as well as a boma. On-site parking is provided. Additionally, this property is equipped with backup power and is not affected by power outages. Sondela offers an on-site restaurant and bar, a farmyard coffee shop, a general store for basic necessities, communal swimming pools, a wildlife center, and a Wellness Spa.
