Malachite Place, named after one of the beautiful kingfishers in the area, is a newly renovated duplex ideal for holidaymakers and business travelers. It offers a fresh and relaxing self-catering experience, allowing guests to explore the beauty of Mtunzini. Located in a secure complex, it is conveniently close to the Umlalazi Nature Reserve, where visitors can enjoy hiking, bird watching, and picnicking
This house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities and features ample counter space. There is also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The kitchen extends to the lounge furnished with plush seating and a smart TV with Netflix, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. The dedicated workspace ensures that you can stay connected and productive if needed, and the Wi-Fi throughout the home allows you to keep in touch with loved ones or catch up on your favourite shows.
The private garden is a peaceful oasis where you can unwind with a book, enjoy a cup of coffee, or have an alfresco meal.
