Description
Malibu 8 is a modern, luxurious and well-equipped self-catering apartment located in the secure Malibu complex on the beachfront, between Uvongo and Margate. The complex offers direct beach access to a swimming beach with lifeguards.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room has a sliding door opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom contains 2 3/4-size beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, and a microwave. The kitchen has a serving hatch window that opens to the balcony. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own decoder. There is no Wi-Fi available. The lounge and dining area have ceiling fans. Sliding doors open to a covered sea view balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a gas braai.
Daily servicing can be arranged at an additional fee.
The Malibu complex offers a communal swimming pool, as well as lift for easy access to the apartment. 2 garages are available.
