Very pleasant, spacious, ideally located.

Need to clean more thoroughly. Ensure all the beautiful lights work. Ensure the stove's all 4 plates work. Self-catering. Ensure all remotes work. Wi-Fi is unstable, connected without internet messages given repeatedly.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I have gone over your reservation and I cannot seem to find any reports from you of any issues, such as the stove plates, remotes and lightbulbs being out. We take our customers satisfaction and reviews very seriously. Please do let me know if you had perhaps reported it, (please let me know to whom and when) so I can take this matter further with management. When I say we take customer satisfaction very seriously, if a guest reports something wrong no matter the time we strive to have the issue resolved in a timely manner. Things like remotes not working and lightbulbs blowing we could have had someone pop around to replace batteries and globes if needed. The stove plates we were unaware of this issue and with regards to cleanliness could you elaborate on this?

I am sorry that you were not 100% happy with the accommodation but do know that if were aware we would have resolved your issues quickly and ensured you were completely happy with your stay.
