Aangenaam en privaat.

Baie lekker gebly. Ek voel daar moet meer koffie en tee wees en selfs beskuit. Die wyn geskenk was 'n aangename verrassing.

Goeie ligging, gerieflik en veilig.

Ons is vriendelik ontvang deur ons gasvrou op tyd soos afgespreek. Alles is mooi aan ons verduidelik en wat nodig was tydens ons verblyf was beskikbaar in die eenheid. Die eenheid is loopafstand van Canal Walk-inkopiesentrum en het 'n goeie ligging. Wees egter bewus dat die skoonmaakfooi wat gehef word slegs vir nadat jy vertrek skoonmaak is. Handdoeke en linne word ook nie geruil tensy addisionele fooie betaal word nie, wat slegs 'n probleem is indien dit 'n lang verblyftydperk is. Daar is matte in die eenheid wat 'n goeie skoonmaak nodig het.

I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and were happy with the location. I'm also glad to know that you were comfortable in the apartment and in general, felt safe.

Thank you for bringing the carpet to our attention. We are busy with deep cleans for our apartments. I've noted that we have scheduled this one to be one of the first ones to be done, due to the carpet needing a good and thorough clean.

Very good except for the TV viewing.

The only negative was the TV viewing. I think clients would really appreciate some live TV, even if it is basic SABC or the lowest DSTV package. This really put a damper on my stay. I like to stay up to date and not just watch movies and series. Also, consider sports enthusiasts.

With regards to the SABC or DSTV, thank you for bringing this suggestion up. I have passed this on to management and they will discuss it with the owner to see if the owner would like to opt in for DSTV.
