Wonderful! From the time we arrived we really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the lovely rusks. Will definitely go back in future.

Highly recommended - had a wonderful stay and will be back! We were lucky to stay over for the heavy snowfall event of mid September 2024 - what an experience! With Maplewood's solar power system and gas stove/geyser/heater, we were able to stay cosy and contented during the area's 3 day general electricity outage. An absolute bonus! The cottage was well equipped with everything needed for a comfy 5 night stay. Izak and Johanna were attentive hosts and the complimentary farm milk and homemade rusks were a hit! When Sani Pass thaws out we'll definitely be back for another stay at Maplewood!

The accommodation was perfect for my needs, very comfortable, clean and had everything you need. I will certainly be staying there again when I need accommodation in the Underberg/Himeville area.
