Please note that the property is located in a residential area and guests must be respectful towards the neighbours.
Please adhere to the following rules:
1. No large gatherings or parties are allowed.
2. Only the number of guests who have booked are allowed.
3. No day visitors are allowed.
4. Please keep noise levels to a minimum. Quiet time is from 22:00 to 08:00.
