Well located, value for money, hospitable host. If you have a love for the bushveld, or are coming to enjoy the bushveld for the first time, Marlothi is a must, the Elandsvallei is fabulously beautiful. We almost missed the piece of gold due to people who posted their reviews due to a lack of knowledge. Disappointing. Marlothi Chalets may have had a three star rating but no more. Werner was really helpful and friendly but the stay was disappointing. The shower had no doors and was replaced with a shower curtain which resulted in the entire bathroom floor being under water after someone took a shower and had to be dried each time. It was incredibly hot especially in the upstairs room but there are no fans or ceiling fans in the unit. The mattresses are too big for the bed frames and hang over the sides.
