Maweni Lodge

Description

Maweni Lodge is cradled between mountains and situated 25 km from Queenstown in the Eastern Cape. The tranquility, views and home-cooked meals are what attract most people to Maweni Lodge. Accommodation is ideally suited to groups or families who enjoy bird watching, game viewing, walking and casual fishing.

There are 5 individual en-suite thatch and stone chalets available, each able to accommodate 2 people and are elegantly furnished. Each chalet is equipped with TV, bar fridge and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A warm electric blanket and an oil heater provide warmth on chilly winter nights. Each chalet has it’s own private verandah with chairs and table and are serviced daily.

The main lodge unit has a comfortable lounge and dining area, a large bar and welcoming verandah as well as the sparkling pool and inviting garden to relax in.
