Great stay. The unit is spacious, clean and very tidy. Provision was made for the WiFi to work during load shedding and Shelagh also provided us with a load shedding schedule. We had a great stay and will definitely stay there again.

One of the best places I have stayed at. Mayfield Cottage was excellent and the host Shelagh was welcoming and friendly. The cottage is immaculate and has some lovely "we care" touches such as fresh flowers on the table, some biscuits and enough tea and coffee to allow us to get organised for self-catering. There was an oil burner burning a lovely essential oil when we arrived making the cottage smell really beautiful. The lovely garden and pool is a bonus as is the safe inside parking available. This is a perfect location in the Southern Suburbs. I highly recommend Mayfield Cottage and will most definitely stay there again when visiting Cape Town.
