Description
Meermin BK is a triple-storey holiday home, located in Uvongo, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal, just 5 km north of Margate. The spacious house offers ocean views from where dolpins and whales are often spotted. It is within walking distance from Uvongo Beach, and close to shopping centres.
The house can accommodate up to 12 guests (max 9 adults) and contains 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There are 3 double rooms on the second level, which have 180-degree sea views, and a single room on the ground floor. A large open-plan games room on ground level can accommodate 3 young people sharing.
Meermin has 3 bathrooms of which 2 are on the second level, one containing a shower and the other a bath, and the third bathroom is en-suite with the ground floor bedroom, and contains a bath.
The middle level of the house has a stunning deck with an ocean view and built-in braai area, ideal for long fun evenings with family and friends. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area is furnished with a dining room table for 6 and functional couches and chairs to watch TV on the flat-screen TV. The small kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, 2 fridges, and a freezer.
Other facilities include undercover parking for 3 vehicles, under the sun deck, and a non-automatic washing machine. Fans and a baby cot are provided. The house is protected by a beam alarm system with armed response. The property is not fully fenced, but there are enough safe areas for children to play.
Please be advised that this is a family holiday home and no student and/or maticulant groups are allowed.
