Wonderful stay among the flowers with an engaging hostess. Our second year in Blommehuisie (this time for five days). Simple, but well-equipped cottage, even if there is no mobile phone reception (read - social media detox!). The duvet and the bed are lovely - the colder evenings can come again. The braai area is placed so that it does not catch the winds, but still with lovely views. So many types of flowers! And then the engaging conversations and stories of our hostess. We really had a great time.

Wonderfully quiet and peaceful, beautiful surroundings with beautiful flowers. Small, but nice! Everything we needed. Had a great sleep in front of the fire. Easy access to Namakwa National Park and Tortoise. Friendly reception and service with delicious barbecue packages for sale.

Die Blommehuisie's advertisement says it straight - don't expect fancy things. It's right in our corner. We loved it! The idea of your own little cottage - upgraded "shepherd's cottage" among the flowers - is something many people can only dream of. Here you have something that meets that and much more. Add to that the personal input of the owner and it's a very special experience! Wow, that was truly delicious - so on our own.

Delicious! It is an absolutely beautiful place inside the flowers. Nice and cuddly. And the lamb is just as delicious.
