Not what is advertised. Once a nice house, now very neglected now. Lots of problems which owner tried to fix but couldn't. The position right on the road was disappointing. The coup de grace was a severe leak which couldn't be fixed.

Ironically, the geyser leak turned out to be a small obvious leak that Jan had missed. So that was quickly sorted. Guests mostly enjoy a big house, secluded beach, and river within a secure gated area at very good rates. The house and garden will look a lot better with your next visit. Kind regards Garth

Mgwalana is a beautiful area for a peaceful holiday. The house is large and spacious, but only one equipped kitchen for the whole house and only 3 bathrooms. The house and the yard need a lot of maintenance. However, the host was very helpful regarding any requests.

Lovely setting. House needs work but was clean. No curtains in some rooms. Beautiful village but house needs some work. Clean and fully equipped.
