Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A R500 breakage deposit is payable for each apartment booked and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinised and all found in order.

There is a once-off R150 cleaning fee which must be paid before or on arrival. The flat will be cleaned on guests' departure.

Please note that the apartments are not suitable for pets.
