The bedroom is equipped with an extra lenght queen-size bed. This unit also has a kitchenette that contains a microwave, fridge-freezer, two plate stove, small oven as well as a kettle. Cutlery and crockery, pots and pans also provided.

There is an indoor BBQ in the TV room as well as a sleeper couch. Please note that open-plan bathroom must be shared if there is an extra person. Therefore it is ideal for a couple. Entrance to your own private garden with outdoor braai facilities and there is secure parking available for 1 vehicle behind remote controlled gate under cover.

The property is 1.5 km from Marina Martinique with its famous Wacky Waterpark and Nina's restaurant with its own swimming and canoeing area in canals. Aston Bay and Paradise beach and the lagoon is also nearby and safe for bathing and swimming, canoeing, kitesurfing.
