Excellent hotel in a viby area close to Sandton City. Excellent apartment and hotel in a viby area. The hotel is clean, neat and well maintained. Lovely restaurant and breakfasts.

Everything was fine and all my expectations were met. Nothing much, but I will be back again. It was an awesome and amazing place. The only problem I had was the check-out time. Just a suggestion, I think 14H00 would be better than 11H00 to check out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always there to help. Upon checking into the hotel, our reservation could not be found. The website failed to follow up on the booking with Mint Hotel. Mint Hotel did upgrade our room for us and helped us check in. Fortunately, the proof of reservation helped us get a room. My call and message to the website's office on Thursday was never answered.
