The best location we could ask for. Right on the sea! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It was a cold and wet weekend and despite that we were very comfortable. Beautiful view and the apartment was not cold. Provision was also made for additional blankets and heaters. Tracy was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also kept us up to date with the load shedding schedule.

Relax, have fun and return refreshed. Our experience at Modern Waterside Apartment was above all our expectations. Booking in was very efficient and caring. The apartment layout was awesome, our view was exceptional with direct access to the seafront. Very comfortable while safe with security system and reaction force (we accidentally tripped the alarm and Secma Security agent arrive within 3 minutes). Thanks for all the hot tips on places to visit Tracy, all highly recommended. The Birkenhead Brewery was a great start. We will have to resume the tour soon. Herbert and Sandra
