Mongoose Manor BnB and Guesthouse is the original homestead of Swanston Farm built in 1918, bordering the Baakens River, offering elegant accommodation in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Guests can choose between beautiful rooms with private entrances that can accommodate 2 guests each. Each room is tastefully furnished with comfortable beds and has en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The rooms comprise TVs with streaming services such as Netflix and Disney+, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. One of the bathrooms is also fitted with assistance rails.
Mongoose Manor is named after a family of mongooses that live on the property and are frequently seen in the garden, as is a large variety of birds such as the spotted Eagle Owls, guinea fowl, Knysna Loeries, and sunbirds. Airport transfers, lunch packs, and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost. Secure off-street parking is available for overnight guests only.
