Spider webs behind furniture, otherwise good. Staff needs to be trained better don't have answers to basic service and menu questions but food is worth it. Gravel road to guesthouse is rough.

Dear Jaco. Thank you for your review. We are sorry you had a spider web behind a piece of furniture, but we were unable to find it and there is only one piece of free standing furniture in the suite. We would of gladly of removed it but spiders do create webs overnight and this we are unable to control. I as the manager spoke to you twice and your were very happy with your stay and you never mentioned the spider web. My staff are fully trained and very capable, I think you got a little upset at checkout with a member of staff who had difficulty resetting the credit card machine and hard to bring it to me and kept you waiting, resulting in you raising you voice at me and the staff member. The gravel road to the lodge is a municipality road which we have no control over but is only 800m to the lodge and is easily drivable.
