A very disappointing experience and we checked out early! What we saw online and what we got was miles apart! The accommodation at R2,090 per night was little more than student accommodation. The room was inadequate in terms of being "self-catering" with one hot plate to use for cooking! The geyser was malfunctioning and made the most unbelievable noise every 2 hours and we were unable to sleep. No service of any kind was provided, no "cupboards" or shelves, just a metal rack with 6 hangers. No reported repairs were carried out. No value for money when for R1,400 per night we moved to a 5-star guest house. The only value was the view and location. Not enough to ever recommend or use this facility again. As international travelers we have stayed in very basic and very luxurious accommodations, but this accommodation never even met the basics. It is overpriced and misrepresented in terms of the photos on the site versus what it really is and should be revised big time!
