Description
Mount Royal is located in Yzerfontein on the West Coast. The house has recently been restored and is one of the oldest buildings in the old part of Yzerfontein, full of character and charm.
The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features walk-in wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The other 3 rooms are in the apartment and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and the third room is furnished with 2 single beds.
There is a separate toilet and shower in the "courtyard". Bed linen and bath towels are provided, guests are to please provide their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen has a large table with seating for 8 guests and is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a fridge, microwave, oven, stove and an indoor braai. The lounge's doors open onto the verandah and outdoor braai, with beautiful views of the sea. The TV has all DStv channels available. There is parking available.
During load shedding there is a solar system. The oven and the apartment are not connected to the system.
Mount Royal is very centrally located within walking distance of the sea and most of the shops and amenities.
