Worst host experience ever. This was the worst self-catering experience at a guesthouse booked via the website. When we arrived at Mountain Charcoal, there was no one there. The gate was locked and no one answered the bell. After a number of phone calls and SMSs, our host referred us to a WhatsApp message he had sent the day before.
