Description
Perfect for a couple who would like to escape life's pressures and relax at the seaside. The bedroom with a double bed and full bathroom with a wide veranda and separate lounge overlooks the ocean, the sandy beach, rocks, and the lagoon. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room that leads outside to a wide patio with a table and chairs. A secure access gate at the end of the embankment leads down some stairs through the tropical vegetation directly onto the sandy safe beach. The house has a single-unit car garage with a 24-hour alarm and secure fencing. The house is serviced daily. No pets are allowed.

A family-sized unit for 8 adults with children over 12 years old. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. There is a guest bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The lounge and dining rooms are open to the fully equipped kitchen. The patio has an outside braai with outdoor furniture, overlooking a panoramic view of the bay and ocean. The house has direct walkable access through the tropical vegetation onto a safe sandy beach that also has a lagoon. There is a single-car garage and has secure fencing and a 24-hour alarm. The house is serviced daily if required. No pets are allowed.
