Very disappointed in everything! On arrival they don't know about me. Very unfriendly. Only 1 sheet on bed with dirty spots, cups and glasses full of dust. Shower door is broken. Bedside lights don't work. Noise in roof. Towels old and washed. Will definitely not stay there again!

Clean room, comfortable bed, very helpful manager, average breakfast, noisy location, no self-catering facilities so disappointing stay. JW was very helpful and tried really hard to please even moving us due to rubbish being burnt behind the units. We appreciated them accommodating our 2 Jack Russells. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. Negative is that we had booked/expected self-catering for dinner but no facilities in the room eg. cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, table and chairs. All that was provided was a microwave, kettle, water glasses and 2 coffee mugs. Luckily we brought a picnic set, so had utensils and plates but we had to wash them in the hand basin. JW did provide a braai and patio furniture to eat our dinner on the patio, as the room was too small. It is too close to the busy N6 so it was very noisy.
