Well positioned and the rooms were well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and Springbok was a good base for our travels for the two days. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, instead of the dining room. Friendly staff in reception.

Neat, but poor reception and did not meet my expectations. When we arrived there was no one to help the elderly with luggage up the many stairs. No emergency lights/lamps during load shedding, had to insist on it at first while there is a large generator on site (the key was lost for hours.) The BBQ was not available as requested.
