Namoleka Ocean Villa is a lovely self-catering villa situated in Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, and is equipped with a battery and inverter, ensuring uninterrupted power supply during a power outage. This beachfront property comes with a private swimming pool, and beautiful mountain and ocean views.
This house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are located on the top floor, 2 on the ground floor, and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is located on the top floor and furnished with a queen-size bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is also on the top floor and is furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed and makes use of the guest bathroom fitted with shower, basin, and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are furnished with a double bed and twin beds, respectively. The rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with baths, showers, basins, and toilets. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is open-plan to the dining and lounge equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer in a separate scullery. It extends to the dining area where guest can enjoy their meals and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a TV, and features a cosy fireplace. Complementary Wi-Fi is available.
The house opens up to a lovely backyard with seating and boasts a sparkling swimming pool. Furthermore, the property offers access to the balconies that boast views overlooking the ocean and Table Mountain. Secure parking is afforded on the premises.
