Nautica Deluxe is a fully furnished family-orientated, spacious, self-catering unit located on the 3rd floor in a secure building, situated in Van Ryneveld, Strand, in the Western Cape.
The apartment can accommodate 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. The building is within walking distance from the beach has secure access control and is monitored by CCTV cameras.
The apartment has an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a beautiful sea view. The second bathroom has a basin, bath and toilet. Each bathroom is supplied with a set of towels.
The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-plate stove with oven, washing machine, iron, tumble dryer, dishwasher and other basic kitchen accessories and appliances. The lounge area has a 3 seater couch which converts into a sleeper bed, as well as 2 armchairs. There is a TV for media entertainment with a four-place diner set. The living area leads out to a balcony, and terrace with a partial sea view. A full package of DStv and Wi-Fi is available.
The building also features an elevator, underground parking for 1 vehicle with access control and a designated braai area. Guests must bring their own braai grid and utensils.
Kindly note that in the event of load shedding the building does not have a generator, however, the unit is equipped with LED torch lights.
In addition, the Nautica apartment building is located close to beachfront takeaways, restaurants, convenience shops, a pharmacy, laundromats, a public swimming pool, and is less than 1km away from Greenways Strand Golf Estate on Sea, 3.8km from Strand Golf Club, 11km from Helderberg Golf Club and Helderberg Nature Reserve. Somerset Shopping Mall is just 5.4km away. There are quite a few Wine Estates within close proximity. Nautica Deluxe is approximately 36 km from Cape Town International Airport.
